Westfort Seeking Jr Directors
The Westfort Hockey Association is committed to finding the next generation of leaders in the Hockey Community. Following the success of the Junior Director program in 2025-26, we are excited to open the process to welcome those looking to gain experience in the off ice management of a hockey program

Westfort Hockey Association is offering the opportunity for up to 4 individuals between 15 - 24 years old to work alongside our talented executive.
The goal of the Junior Director program is the recruitment and retention of future leaders for our hockey association. In 2024-25, this program saw one individual graduate to a position on our board of directors and two individuals gain experience with focus on areas that related to their aspiring professional careers, proving the junior director program to have mutual benefits for the successful candidates as well as the association.
To qualify for the junior director positions, individuals must be between the ages of 15 and 24 as of December 2025. Successful candidates will be provided opportunities to assist executive members with their duties and learn the off ice operations of a minor hockey association. Any questions about the Junior Director program for potentially interested candidates can be directed by email to [email protected]
Individuals interested in learning the operations of a hockey association and looking for ways to be a part of the organization are encouraged to fill out the application form here.
